At DILÂRA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we offer a 7-day return policy with the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Time Frame: You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your purchase. This 7-day window begins from the date you receive your item.

  2. Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Items that show signs of wear or have been altered in any way will not be accepted for return.

  3. Return Reason: Returns are accepted only for specific reasons such as:

    • Defective items: If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
    • Incorrect items: If you received an item different from what you ordered.
    • Incorrect sizing: If you receive an item that doesn’t fit as expected, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

No Returns for Change of Mind:

  • Exclusions: We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind after purchasing. This includes situations where the item does not meet your personal preferences.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within the 7-day period to request a return authorization. Provide details about your order and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to send the item back. Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.

  3. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, a refund or exchange will be processed according to our policy.
